I believe this is an accurate portrayal of the cojones mas grande on the Boise State Broncos. Holy shit, that was an amazing game.

- I am a Hoosier who lives in Iowa. I'm not an Iowan, I just live here (going on 8 years now). Most of my sporting loyalties lie back home - like the Colts, Pacers, and Hoosiers. I love baseball, and I've grown quite fond of the Twins since moving to Iowa. I like pretty much all other sports, too. I'm ultra-competitive and supremely lazy at the same time - it's an interesting mix. I'll be graduating college in May with a history degree with math and geography minors. Don't ask what I'm doing with it, I haven't thought that far ahead yet.

That game was probably the best game I've ever seen at any level of football competition. I was so bummed when Boise threw the pick at the of the 4th quarter, that I almost turned off the tv. So glad I didn't do that. Once they tied it on the hook and ladder play (btw probably the most flawless execution of that play in the history of football) I was so stoked that I almost didn't care who won. Almost. When they answered back with a TD on HB pass on 4th and 2, I was like "Wow, this coach has balls." But at first I didn't want him to go for two when I saw that's what they were going to do. But then I realized this is the way a game like this was meant to be finished. Win or lose, one play. And then the statue of liberty play, with the HB walking untouched into the endoze. I literally couldn't believe it. I've been so high ever since that I couldn't go to sleep and went online looking for any blog comments on the game. I had never seen a Boise State game until this one, but I'll be a fan for life after watching that game.
