In at #1 - Fransisco Liriano:No disrespect to Johan Santana, but Liriano has the best raw stuff of any left-hander on the Twins' staff. That's not to say that Liriano is better than Santana; Santana has an outstanding feel for pitching, 70 control (using the 20-80 scouting scale), and one of the best changeups in baseball.
